There are two steps for the registration.
- First, a preregistration is needed by filling information at the following link:
PREREGISTRATION webpage.
- Once preregistration made, the participant will receive an email with a link to finalize the registration.
For logistic reason, the registration finalization is available between January 5 and February 1, 2026.
Payment can be made with: card, or "bon de commande".
Payment using "bon de commande" is only valid for French Universities and French companies.
The registration fee to attend the Winter School is 200€ for students (undergrad, Master, Phd, Postdoc) and 250€ for non-students (staffs from companies, assistant/associate professors/researchers and professors from Universitees). It encompasses: lunches during 5 days (Monday to Friday), coffee breaks (morning, afternoon), printed documents, and social event of Friday. Accomodation and transportation are not included in the registration fee. We provide list of hotels and accomodation at the link: Practical Info.
Cancellation, postponement and transfer of registration
- All cancellations or modifications of registration must be made in writing. Email : Adjela Robert.
Cancellation policy
- If UTTOP cancels the event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the registration fee paid.
Refund Policy
- If the registrant is unable to attend the conference, considering advance payments (for venue, printings and pthers overheads),
no refund will be achieved. Then, the registrant will be sent all the printed documents and the data (in USB) distributed at the event.
Visa Information
- UTTOP will not directly contact embassies and consulates on behalf of visa applicants. However, feel free to contact us to request invitation letter if this is needed for visa applicarion.
- Important note for failed visa applications: visa issues cannot come under the consideration of cancellation policy of UTTOP (including the inability to obtain a visa).
